More Than Photographs

Long before photography became our work, it was already part of our story.

When we first started dating, one of the most meaningful gifts we exchanged wasn't expensive or elaborate, it was a collection of childhood photographs. We spent hours looking through images of ourselves as babies, awkward teenagers, family vacations, birthdays, and ordinary moments that had quietly become priceless over time.

Those photographs told stories we had forgotten. They sparked conversations, laughter, and memories that would have otherwise faded.

Years later, after the birth of our first child, we picked up a camera with a new perspective. Suddenly, the everyday moments felt incredibly important. Tiny hands, sleepy mornings, messy dinners, the way they looked at us, we realized these were the memories our children would one day treasure.

Today, our oldest often flips through our photo albums, pointing at pictures of us as children and asking endless questions about our lives before we became Mom and Dad. Those conversations remind us that photographs aren't just for us; they're for the generations that come after us.
